I think a lot. I live...I have the same problem too! I think a lot. I live in a parallel universe maybe! But honestly what is wrong with it? What is wrong with all the noise? <br /><br />Aren't your thoughts what make you? Something I tried- stopped resisting thoughts. The 'why me' ones,'what now' ones. The moment it doesn't have any power over you. You would tame your thoughts. <br /><br />Maybe when you have thoughts the next time you swim... 'Just go with the flow'. Don't resist it.
